After spending several years with a major law firm, Elias opened his own practice. His areas of practice include Wills and Estate Practice; Commercial Litigation; Construction Litigation where he has served as General Counsel for both Private and Public construction companies; Appellate Law; Personal Injury; Debt Collection; Personal Bankruptcies and Real Estate Law where he has executed over 500 transactions.
Elias is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York.

Mike has been an Employee Benefit's specialist for over 30 years. Gaining experience and knowledge with several major carriers, Mike has held positions as Chief Group Underwriter, Group Service Representative Manager, Benefit's Consultant, Director of Strategic Planning, Financial Advisor and Investment Advisor Representative.
Mike is a Certified Enrollment Specialist and a Certified 401(k) educator. He is frequently contracted by insurance carriers to provide benefit educational seminars for employees of national and regional businesses.
